Jessica Dominguez is a lifelong, proud El Paso resident. She received her Bachelors in nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso and became a certified pediatric nurse practitioner from Texas Tech University. Her role as a happy mother of four beautiful children fuels a relentless passion to provide quality pediatric care to the children of the El Paso Community. She’s cultivated a 13 year nursing career that has seen her walk the halls of Del Sol Pediatrics, El Paso Children’s PICU and nurse practitioner in primary care, and she invites you to get to know her and the wonderful staff at Pininos Pediatrics.

Norma Bermudez is a native El Pasoan who graduated with her bachelor of science in nursing in 1994 and her master’s in nursing in 2015.  For twenty-two years as a bedside nurse she has cared for pediatric patients in a general pediatric floor, pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric intensive care and neonatal units. Now as a pediatric nurse practitioner she continues to care for El Paso’s children in a clinic setting as well as in an acute care hospital.

Norma has always felt the best way to progress in her nursing career is to mentor nursing students and continue to learn. She hopes to continue her education as she pursues a doctorate in nursing.

Lourdes Vargas Cobos is a board certified Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a post masters in Pediatric Primary Care. She completed her bachelors, masters, and post masters of science in Nursing at the University of Texas at El Paso in 1993, 2014, and 2015. She has extensive background in adult and pediatric critical care. Born and raised in El Paso, she is dedicated to providing acute and primary care to her pediatric patients in the El Paso, Las Cruses and surrounding region.  Lourdes was a bed side nurse for fifteen years and she was a transport nurse for eight years. She has been married for twenty-five years and has three children and one grandchild. Lourdes spends her down time watching her sons perform in ballroom dancing and enjoys traveling.

Delilah Rios is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Pininos Pediatric Services. She is a proud born and raised El Pasoan.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2002. Over 17 years ago she set foot for the first time in a pediatric intensive care unit as a new inexperience nurse, and yet she knew that it was there where her heart belonged.  She strongly believes that children have the gift of strength and courage. Her love and passion for this beautiful profession is what motivated her to pursue her Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree, which she completed in 2015.  Delilah is a proud member of Pininos Pediatrics. She values and admires the love and dedication Dr Sainz and the team at Pininos have in providing care to their patients.

Her biggest and most gratifying accomplishment in life is to be mother of four beautiful children: Frida, Emiliano, Sebastian, and Camila. They are her daily inspiration and motivation.
