At Pinino’s Pediatrics of El Paso, Tx we and our friendly staff offer all aspects of pediatric medical care and infant care care including:
- Well child exams from birth to age 21
- Diaper Rash for infants/toddlers
- Sports and camp physicals
- Pre-op medical clearance
- Immunizations
- School and behavioral issues
- Acute and chronic illnesses
- Inpatient hospital care for our patients
- Onsite blood draws including fingersticks
- Onsite laboratory for blood counts, lead levels, and bilirubin
- Rapid strep testing and throat cultures

Pinino’s Pediatrics want to take care of your baby from birth into adulthood. We begin care in the first year of life and will be with you on the journey through the early years and at every stage of your child’s health. We follow the American Academy of Pediatricians and constantly update our practice to give our patients the best in pediatric health care.
New Baby Care Appointment
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have made significant changes to ensure your visit is safe following all CDC guidelines. Your comfort and convenience are our priority, and we strive to make every visit to our office a positive experience. To help you get acquainted with our office and first visit procedures, we have included helpful information on this page.
What to bring to your first visit?
- Your child’s insurance card. If not available, the subscriber’s insurance card along with a completed “Insurance Information” form for your child/ren
- Please ensure that you have added your newborn to your insurance by one month of age
- Medical records from your previous pediatrician or hospital where baby was delivered
- Your child’s immunization card if you have one

Patient Forms
Please read and complete a Patient Registration Sheet, HIPAA Acknowledgment Sheet and our Policy & Procedures and bring these with you to your first visit. We also encourage you to take our Insurance Questionnaire as it was designed to help you become familiar with details about your policy that are not commonly known. If you don’t have access to a computer, don’t worry; we will provide these for you when you visit.
State of the Art Facility
At Pinino’s Pediatric, we want to ensure that you and your family are in the most comfortable and professional environment possible. Our facility offers state of the art equipment and classic modern decor. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have added deep cleaning to the facility to ensure a safe and sterile environment for our patients.
The rooms are equipped with the most up to date equipment in the industry. Each room at Pininos Pediatric is equipped with Oxygen, Heliox, Air, Vacuum and Specialized Monitoring equipment. We want to make sure that our families feel welcomed and ensure them that they are in a place that is professional and dedicated to their wellness.
